Finding Pink!!!!

......Calling all Pink Ladies......

As you are visiting all your Pink friends this week end take a look at

Her blog is sweet and cheery...filled with lots of beautiful and creative things she has made and she just makes you want to cozy up in chair and sip your tea and stay awhile..
My pink this weekend is scattered all over my back yard...We had a baptism in our pool a few Sundays ago...so I thought I would share it with you...
Pinks on the porch
Pinks in Grandmas quilt
See that apple tree behind the chairs and bench?
We bought it on sale in the fall...it was a little stick..my oldest son even mowed it down a few times..it is a beautiful tree..my favorite thing in the yard..I always think of Kris cutting down that tree when I am sitting on the porch...I miss him! 16 years later.... he lives in Calif. and hardly ever calls...never thought he would be so far away.
Watching him mow down that tree..seemed he would always be in my back yard.
My pink bike
Have a wonderful weekend!

L♥ve your pink goodies this week. Just when I think I have enough pink in my life I participate in Pink Saturday and see even more sweet things I’d enjoy having in my home or flowers for my gardens or just to look at☺ What could be better than the color pink dancing in your head all morning?

Thanks so much for sharing. Hoping your weekend is filled with sunshine and the comfort of those you love and who love you.

Oh too funny Kandy! We both posted about each other! I love your new look! You always keep your blog so fresh! Your back yard looks so inviting. I can't imagine Kris a man now, in my mind he's still a little boy. That apple tree will always be you sweet reminder of a little guy mowing your lawn. Love your bike, I've got a red one similar, do you want to go on a bike ride together sometime? Love you! Happy PS! Patti

Oh Kandy!
I so love that pink bike. You could go many places on that bike. I love it. Now I really love the quilt. I will have to take a picture of mine, I just love those old quilts that have been passed down by our families. I cherish mine. Happy Pink Saturday sweetie. Lovely pink post. Please stop by and let me share my pink post with you. Country hugs, Sherry

HAPPY PINK SATURDAY!
My boys, too, are far away and I would not hear from or about them if it weren't for their wives. What is it about boys? Don't they know how we love and miss them and need to hear from them now and then???
The quilt is beautiful...one of my favorite patterns and a pink bike! Too perfect!

I love the picture of the bench with the quilt! So pretty. I live in California. Do you want me to look up your son and tell him to call his mother?! LOL

Patti sent me over saying you were the sweetest thing ever, sweetpea, and I'm delighted by your blog. Your porch is adorable and the white bench and chairs and the quilt.....just darling. I meet new bloggers by visiting when other bloggers recommend them. Nice meeting you, sugar. Try and drop by for awhile. I love comments also, chickee! :-)
xoxo,
Connie

Just perfect, you have to love a gal on a pink bike. That is something I wouldn't mind having either. Happy Pink Saturday, Char
If you haven't already done so, make sure to stop by my blog and enter into the shabbylaneshops giveaway. Many of us have donated beautiful items for a monthly giveaway. The value is around $100.00 and there are lots of pretty things there, good luck

Dearest Candy...
I have a feeling we are going to see eye to eye. I'm Jacqueline from the blog Once Upon a Fairyland which was my childhood home. I love anything cute, especially gnomes, elves, fairy tales and such. I can so relate to your dear loved one moved and gone and not calling. I have two sons, far away...and a daughter...far away.
